I still go to sleep around 6 am and although I know that this is unhealthy, I still do it.
Well today, I ate 2 pieces of chicken and 2 cups of rice and some vegetables for lunch.
Had 2 sticks of banana cue for snacks.
I usually buy 1 kilo of lanzones or any fruit. This serves as my midnight snack or sugar cravings at night.
